Refund Policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 7 days before your pickup date.
Within 7 days of your pickup date, all orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If there is an issue with your order, please let our team know at the time of collection so we can resolve it immediately.
Missed Pickups
If an order is not collected on the selected date, we cannot guarantee its quality and may not be able to hold it beyond this time.
Limited Runs
Some flavours are released in limited runs and are only available for specific pickup dates.
Orders must be collected on the selected date. Once a flavour has finished its release, we are unable to extend availability, substitute items, or remake orders.
