The idea behind our perfect tiramisu was planted many years ago while travelling and working in Europe. Throughout the years abroad we would send each other ratings of the tiramisu experiences we had and compare notes. This was our main line of communication for a while.

Come Christmas '23, we were reunited in Melbourne, still without having found that 10/10 tiramisu. We continued the search, but were yet again left disappointed. So, we took matters into our own hands, and started experimenting with recipes. We locked ourselves in the kitchen for a few months, sourced the highest quality local ingredients and finally satisfied our tiramisu craving with what we think is a perfectly balanced tiramisu.

Like all good food, tiramisu is better when it is shared, so we started selling our new creation at local farmers markets. Our community grew, and we were able to open our first physical location in October ‘25 in Fitzroy.
